capacity varies with cell type and cell density.

of cellular material on the binding of proteins to adsorbents. Cellthru
Maximizer binds to the surface of cells, which decreases their ability
to bind to the capture adsorbent, Cellthru BigBead media. Cells, cell
debris as well as Cellthru Maximizer are removed during the washing
step. Cellthru Maximizer is a nontoxic and hydrophilic polymer with
