Uniflow 4-300P is an agarose-based affinity chromatography support. The particle size range of 300-500µm lends itself to affinity protocols where the feedstream is less clarified or highly viscous. This resin started out, like many of our beads, as a custom-made resin. We are now happy to introduce this product to our customers as a standard product. Uniflow is a highly stable medium. The matrix features unique polysaccharide composition that resists biological degradation. Additional crosslinking greatly enhances the mechanical and chemical stability of the matrix and eliminates the problem of biodegradation.
