| Ultraflow 6 is an agarose-based, affinity chromatography
support intended for very high flow rates. Ultraflow is available
in two different agarose concentrations: 4%, and 6%. The Ultraflow
line of resins represents the highest degree of crosslinking to our
beads that we offer. The Ultraflow support is used as an intermediate
in many of our affinity resins, such as Protein A Ultraflow and Actigel
B Ultraflow. Ultraflow is a highly stable medium. The matrix features unique polysaccharide composition that resists biological degradation. Additional crosslinking greatly enhances the mechanical and chemical stability of the matrix and eliminates the problem of biodegradation. |
