Immobilize your own antigen or peptide on our proprietary Actigel ALD. Then Isolate your antibody quickly and effortlessly with your custom affinity resin. Afterwards, use the columns provided in the kit to do buffer exchange and concentrate the purified antibody in about an hour. Features: QUICKPure utilizes a single immunoaffinity purification procedure to isolate specific antibody from anti-serum, in about an hour. This system requires no dialysis or external concentration steps, and no individual method development. QUICKPure is configured so that after antigen immobilization, any specific antibody can be purified under non-denaturing conditions. Importantly, this system limits the amount of nonspecific serum antibodies common to purifications using conventional absorbents (e.g. Protein A, Protein G). QUICKPure is fast and economical, including all the prepacked columns and buffers necessary for 25 purifications. The kit includes three columns. The first column is an activated resin to which you will immobilize your antigen, and then use as an affinity capture column. The flowthru is collected in a waste beaker. Then the second and third columns are fitted via lure locks to the bottom of the capture column for the elution step. The eluted antibody is placed in to an appropriate buffer in the second column, thereby eliminating the time consuming step of dialysis. Then the antibody is concentrated in the third column, allowing for the recovery of antibodies from relatively low titer expression systems.
